Company description
ThreeRe Sp. z o.o. is a Polish technology company developing applications for the Cold Spray process in the repair, regeneration, and functional restoration of high-value metal components. Its core expertise lies in repairing aluminum and magnesium alloy parts—addressing issues such as localized material loss, corrosion, surface wear, and damage around holes and mounting surfaces—as well as restoring geometry prior to final machining.
Cold Spray enables material deposition in the solid state without melting the substrate, thereby minimizing the process’s thermal impact, the risk of deformation, and unwanted microstructural changes. The company operates a Low-Pressure Cold Spray system and possesses proprietary process know-how, along with expertise in material selection, surface preparation, process parameter optimization, and quality assessment of repairs.
ThreeRe develops solutions for the defense, aerospace, and MRO sectors, as well as for advanced industry. The company conducts R&D and pilot projects, collaborating with academic and industrial partners on technology validation. A key aspect of its approach is integrating the Cold Spray process with material, microstructural, and mechanical testing, alongside quality control methods.
Currently, the company is expanding cooperation with defense and aerospace entities and preparing repair procedures for the validation and qualification of specific components. ThreeRe is building the capabilities and relationships necessary to gradually enter defense supply chains as a specialized provider of repair services and material technologies. Future plans include developing High-Pressure Cold Spray (HP-CS) capabilities, process automation, and mobile repair systems.
