Company description
Iwamet specializes in the production of precision aluminium alloy castings and the comprehensive manufacture of components for demanding industrial sectors. The company produces sand, gravity die and low-pressure castings, using advanced technologies, including 3D-printed sand molds and 3D scanning, which help shorten lead times and improve manufacturing accuracy.
The company’s capabilities also include precision CNC machining of aluminium, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel and other materials, as well as the design and manufacture of tooling in its own toolroom and engineering support at every stage of the project – from process development to the finished product. Iwamet also offers special processes, including heat treatment, X-ray inspection and non-destructive testing, and holds NADCAP approval for selected processes.
A key area of Iwamet’s activity is the aerospace and defence sector, for which the company supplies components meeting the highest quality and technological requirements. A significant part of its production is also dedicated to products for the space (satellite), automotive, railway, medical and energy industries. Thanks to many years of experience, an advanced machine park and extensive technological capabilities, Iwamet delivers both prototype projects and serial production, supplying reliable components in compliance with international quality standards.
