Modular system of ballistic screens, bullet traps for dynamic shooting, shelters, covers, and ballistic protection.
Company description
The RUBOX® ballistic block system is a patented, modular wall system made of a self-healing elastomeric mixture with mineral filler, designed for the construction of live-fire training facilities, enabling the rapid construction of shoothouses, facilities, and training villages for safe training with live ammunition (up to .50 BMG caliber). The blocks, weighing approximately 22 kg, create self-supporting, reconfigurable structures that can be assembled without the use of heavy equipment.
RUBOX® has undergone independent ballistic testing in accordance with NIJ 0108.01 and WITPIS/WITU tests, confirming its anti-ricochet properties, high absorption of projectile kinetic energy, and effective reduction of lead dust emissions.
The system can be used operationally as part of the rapid construction of temporary training facilities. The product has achieved the TRL9 technology readiness level, confirming its maturity and operational implementation.
Intellectual property protection: European patent EP4405631 (EPO) and US patent US12,339,103B2.
