Company description

The COCH Central Refrigeration Center in Krakow is a research and development unit with a long tradition, specializing in research, certification and training in the area of ​​refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump devices.

COCH’s connection with the defense sector and participation in the supply chain is carried out on two main levels:

  1. Product testing and certification: COCH is accredited by the Polish Center for Accreditation (PCA) and accredited in the OiB (Defense and Security) system under the supervision of the Ministry of National Defense. The scope of authorization includes specialized environmental, climatic, resistance and durability tests of military equipment, systems and vehicles. These processes guarantee the operational reliability of the Armed Forces equipment in extreme combat conditions.
  2. Staff training and certification: The center provides certification and specialized training for technical staff, including staff responsible for operating and servicing HVACR (heating, air conditioning and refrigeration) systems used in military infrastructure and defense logistics.

Thanks to its unique laboratory infrastructure and expert knowledge, COCH is a trusted, strategic partner for the Polish Army and leading enterprises of the domestic and international arms industry.
