Company description
Pawform SP. z o.o. specializes in the design of plastic products and the production of injection molds. We produce injection molds for industries such as automotive, railways, and household appliances.
From the outset, we have focused on quality and project requirements to ensure that every decision is understandable and justifiable.
We specialize in:
– prototype construction,
– injection mold construction,
– mechanical design,
– strength and stiffness optimization of plastic products,
– plastic injection simulations using Moldex3D software,
– FEM analyses of steel structures using ANSYS MECHANICAL ENTERPRISE,
– laboratory testing of plastics,
– servo drive design.
We verify the feasibility of replacing a metal component with a plastic component while maintaining the required strength parameters. We analyze the impact of such a change on the product’s weight. This approach allows for a lighter and more economical product without sacrificing its functional functionality.
We perform FEM analyses of structures and metal components. We assess their strength, stiffness, and behavior under load, supporting the design process during the selection of design solutions and verification of assumptions.
