Company description
SP Center Sp. z o.o. specializes in advanced special processes for industries with the highest quality and technological requirements. We support manufacturers in the aerospace, automotive, defense, space, energy, mining, medical and broader manufacturing industries.
Our key competence is controlled shot peening and shot blasting of metal components. These processes are used for components requiring high durability, fatigue resistance, reliability and operational safety.
We also offer pneumatic and wheel-blast shot blasting, vibratory finishing and deburring (vibratory polishing), corrosion protection, residual stress measurements, and selected non-destructive testing (NDT).
We combine technological expertise, precision, process repeatability and rigorous quality control. We also support customers in selecting appropriate technologies and process parameters, including companies starting to work with shot peening, shot blasting or vibratory finishing technologies.
We hold ISO 9001, AS9100 and IATF 16949 certifications, confirming our competence in quality management systems and our ability to work with demanding industrial sectors.
