Company description
Our experts provide specialized legal and tax services for the defense and national security sector. We advise on offset agreements, defense contracts, taxation, and customs – including projects for the Ministry of National Defense involving VAT and customs settlements. We support arms manufacturers and distributors and can participate in key projects with Polish industrial partners, such as the supply of self-propelled howitzers or armored vehicles. We have assisted an anti-tank missile manufacturer with a licensing agreement and handled matters related to the sale of anti-ship missiles.
We also advise on projects concerning critical infrastructure – from telecommunications materials to the development of communication systems for government agencies and security services.
