: We manufacture almost all types of PCBs, incorporating various types of connections (via) using many grades of laminates. We carry out assembly of electronic components on various types of PCBs for many applications. We conduct tests on electronics backed by detailed reports containing measurement results and photo documentation.
Company description
We manufacture PCBs such as single-sided, double-sided and multilayer PCBs, rigid, rigid-flexible and flexible PCBs, circuits on laminates for high-frequency signal operation and HDI high-density packing, and IMS heat-dissipating circuits. We can also manufacture PCBs in non-standard designs such as: antennas with composite structure, with heat sinks on the inner layers, based on Inconel 600 resistive material, with passive elements, on ceramic and Teflon substrates.
Thanks to many years of experience in the process of electronic assembly, we are able to carry out highly sophisticated projects beyond the consumer electronics sector. We perform the assembly for military electronics devices, as well as devices operating in space conditions. We offer electronic assembly services for prototype batches and small, medium and large series. We will handle even the most complex projects.
We carry out reliability tests of electronics, including climatic tests, destructive as well as non-destructive analysis of connections. All this is based on international standards and/or customer guidelines.
Tests are carried out in an accredited laboratory.
We have an AQAP 2110 Quality Management System.
