Company description
The activity of Polski Rejestr Statków S.A. (PRS S.A.) is aimed at ensuring the safety of human life and property at sea and on inland waters, the safety of buildings, engineering networks, installations and industrial equipment, as well as the protection of the natural environment.
In support of ensuring the technical safety of ships, PRS S.A. develops safety standards and supervises their implementation during construction and their maintenance during ship operation. To this end, we conduct, among other things, scientific and research work on issues related to ship safety and organise training courses and scientific conferences.
PRS S.A. uses its supervisory experience in the field of shipbuilding by also conducting industrial supervision in such fields as: welded constructions, technological installations, pipeline installations, construction of quays, bridges, roads and motorways.
PRS S.A.’s activity also includes product certification services for compliance with European Union directives and certification of management systems.
